Invitation for expression of interest in the Supply of various goods and services in Borno and Yola Office.

Borno Women Development Initiative (BOWDI) is a youth-led registered Non-Governmental, Non-profit Organization in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. BOWDI has been active in Humanitarian and development activities in the Northeast, especially in the areas of education, peacebuilding, advocacy, food security and livelihood, nutrition, and protection. The organization has registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and Social Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCULM) in Nigeria in 2014 and 2013 respectively. It has been a member of the protection sector working group, GBV sub-working group and Education in Emergency working groups, and Food Security and Livelihood subsector in Borno state. BOWDI has collaborated with many agencies in Borno like the UNFPA, Like-Minds Project, FIDA, GEPADC, Victims Support Funds (VSF), Advisory Committee on Safe School return, Presidential Committee on Northeast Initiatives (PCNI), etc., and state agencies like State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) and State Ministry of Women Affairs (MWASD) to carry out its activities. We have also worked with UN Agencies like UNHCR (on GBV Prevention, risk mitigations, and response services), WFP (on Food Security and Livelihood and nutrition), and UNDP in the 3 BAY states of Northeast Nigeria. We also had the privilege of working with direct donors like the German Government.

Your company profile must include the following:

• Business Registration Certificate (Photocopy of CAC Certificate)
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
• Previous experience in similar works and other relevant credentials.
• The current company business address must be in Borno and Yola states.
• Active Email address
• Name and date of Birth of the CEO of the Company.
• Any valid Identity Card of the CEO of the Company
• Name and Phone number of the contact person.
• An introduction letter from your bank.
• Bank statements for the last six months as evidence of financial capacity.  

NOTE: Your Company Profiles must be put in a sealed envelope marked with the LOT NUMBER of the category you are interested in. All documents received after the submission deadline will be considered invalid.
